All custom orders require 12 pairs in order to proceed to checkout. These 12 pairs can be divided into a minimum of 6 pairs per size. There is no maximum order!

Your custom sock order is being shipped out to you 5 business days after the date of when you approve your art mockup.

To elaborate more, once you place the order for your custom socks, our art team will receive your request, design it in our system, add the logo or file you uploaded, and send you a proof it approves in your email. Once you give us the thumbs up that everything looks exactly like you want, your order is headed to the production floor. The process of actually knitting your socks takes 5 days then your order will be on its way to you!

What a great question! Yes, there is a maximum order quantity that we can produce within the 5-day production window. If your order is larger than 300 pairs, your order can take a little longer to produce. If you place an order larger than 300 pairs (which we welcome and take on all the time) our customer service team will reach out with a realistic expectation of when you can expect your custom socks to ship!
