Dealer Shipping and Return Policy
TRANSPORTATION CHARGES - All prepaid freight charges will be charged to the customer’s account and invoiced at the time of shipment. Orders will not ship freight collect unless otherwise specified. Title to all goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, and transportation is at the customer’s risk. Customers are responsible for all freight charges on refused shipments. Customers are responsible for any additional charges resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.
RETURNS - Returns will not be accepted for credit or exchange unless a return merchandise authorization number has been provided by a TCK customer service representative. Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and free of any additional stickers or tags. Custom products are not eligible for return. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returned products. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from the ship date. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all associated return shipping costs.
